At JerseyBird, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your kit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back in the game with the gear you love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jersey in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new jersey.
